We produce books using offset printing, which is the traditional method of printing books, best suited to large print runs due to lower unit costs and high quality.
In terms of the form of finish we can offer:
– Perfect binding (glued): the most common form of book finishing, in which the folds with the book pages are glued and joined to the cover under the pressure of the press.
– Thread sewn binding: before the actual binding, the book’s page folds are sewn together with thread on a dedicated machine and then glued and joined to the cover, this method ensures much greater durability of the binding and resistance to frequent opening.
– Hardcover binding: the most advanced and complex method of binding a book, there are several sub-types of hardcover binding. Basically, the insert – the combined folds, is combined in a multi-step process with a previously prepared hardcover.
